Junction 4 serves Frimley, Camberley and the A331; Junction 4A, a mile and a half further west, serves Farnborough and Fleet via the A327. Between them sits the stretch of the M3 where traffic differs most between the two directions.

The most one-sided stretch of the M3
The 2.1 miles between J4A and J4 carries 52,118 vehicles a day westbound against 41,254 eastbound — 26% more one way than the other. That is the biggest difference between the two directions on any counted stretch of the M3, and it is why the two carriageways here can behave completely differently at the same time of day.
